DELIVERY TERMS

DABAI.LV delivers throughout Latvia. For orders to other countries that we serve, we recommend using the online store intended for the relevant market. This ensures that you receive country-specific delivery information and the best available delivery terms.

When placing an order on our website, you can choose from the following collection and delivery options:

  • Collection from our store (Brīvības laukums 4, Tukums) – FREE
  • Delivery to a UNISEND parcel locker in Latvia – €2.90 or FREE for orders over €50.00
  • Delivery to an OMNIVA parcel locker in Latvia – €3.90
  • Courier delivery in Latvia – €7.90


Courier delivery to Germany, France and Spain costs €19.90. Courier delivery is free for orders with a value of €390 or more. To receive the delivery terms intended for your country, please place your order through the corresponding country-specific online store listed above.

If you would like to place an order with delivery to another EU country, please contact us at info@dabai.lv. We will find the most suitable delivery option for your destination and inform you of the cost in advance.

We usually hand orders over to the carrier within 1–4 business days. In some cases, preparing an order for dispatch may take up to 5 business days. This is the time required to prepare and dispatch the order, not the estimated delivery time.

If you choose to collect your order from our store, you will receive a confirmation text message at the phone number provided as soon as the order is ready for collection. Orders can only be collected after receiving the confirmation message.

If we need to confirm the delivery time or address, we will contact you after your order has been placed.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

  • You can cancel the order at any stage, including within 14 days after receiving the item – as provided by distance selling regulations.
  • If, upon inspecting the received item in the presence of the courier, you find it unsatisfactory for any reason, the courier will draw up a report and the item in its original packaging along with accompanying documents will be sent back. (To avoid such misunderstandings, we encourage you to carefully review the detailed description of each model in advance.)
  • If, despite the detailed product description and review, you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days. We expect that in this case you will only try on the product, check its functionality, and return it in the same condition as you received it, including packaging and protective films. If the value of the product has decreased due to your actions, we reserve the right to deduct this decrease in value from the refundable amount.
  • We ensure that the product is shipped from the store in impeccable quality. However, if you find any technical defect or imperfection in the purchased product within 14 days (Warranty terms) after coordinating with us (write an email, and we will send you detailed instructions), you can send it back to the store. In this case, you have the right to request a product replacement or a refund. If the defect does not meet the warranty conditions, after its repair you will receive the product with cash on delivery, which will correspond to the cost of the repair and shipping expenses.
  • Product returns are free of charge!

REFUND:

  • If for any of the above reasons you need to receive a refund for the product, the money will be transferred to the account from which it was paid. If you want to receive the money in a different account, this must be specified separately.
  • In the above product return cases, a product inspection is carried out, for which we reserve 5 working days. If the product is returned in the same condition as it was shipped, dabai.lv the money is transferred within 2-5 working days.
